Return and cancellation agreements

Revocation:
This right of withdrawal is governed by Spanish law. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within seven days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after seven days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (apimanu Spain SL, Apdo 362, E-03730 Javea (Alicante)) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email to Info[at]apimanu.com). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than seven days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Return of opened packaging units
For legal reasons (EFSA), we cannot accept returns or refunds of our products with opened packaging units (cardboard or can).
